Things to know about Blue Curacao Syrup

As you may guess, Blue Curacao Syrup is a non-alcoholic substitute for Blue Curacao, a citrus-flavoured Caribbean liqueur made using the dried peel of the Laraha citrus fruit.

Blue Curacao Syrup is made from pure cane sugar with natural citrus flavours added to replicate both the colour and taste of the original. Some leading brands to look for in your liquor store include Torani, DaVinci Gourmet Blue Ocean Syrup or Giffard Blue Curacao Syrup.

The Blue Curacao Syrup can be quite sweet of itself, so you may need to balance out exactly how much additional sugar syrup you add – or omit the sugar syrup completely if you don’t like your mocktails overly sweet.
