Our favourite late evening pick me up easily made in the Thermomix in less than 30 seconds! You will want to prepare your espresso in advance so it has cooled a little before serving, though the ice cubes will chill it off.

  • Total Time: 1 minute
  • Yield: 4 serves 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 150g vodka
  • 120g Kahlua
  • 120g brewed espresso coffee
  • 300g ice cubes
  • Coffee beans, for garnishing (optional)

Instructions

  1. Weigh vodka, Kahlua, Espresso and ice cubes into the mixing bowl – 20 seconds / Speed 4
  2. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve into martini cocktail glasses
  3. Use coffee beans to garnish

Notes

If you like it sweet you may like to add a little sugar though we personally find it sweet enough. If you are not getting enough froth, simply leave it on a little longer.

  • Prep Time: 1 minute
