Instructions

In a cocktail pitcher or individual glass, pour the rosemary syrup, then add the alcohol-free gin and the pink grapefruit juice: stir, then top up with sparkling water.

Add a freshly cut slice of pink grapefruit and a cutlet of rosemary. Serve with or without ice.
