  • Sparkling water to taste
  • Small rosemary cutlet as decoration
  • One slice of pink grapfruit (optional)


In a cocktail pitcher or individual glass, pour the rosemary syrup, then add the alcohol-free gin and the pink grapefruit juice: stir, then top up with sparkling water.
