This is a delightfully light and sweet summer recipe that also looks beautiful if you’re seeking to impress with your cocktail making skills this summer.

You can vary the visual effect of this drink by when you add the raspberries. We have also added a dash of grenadine to give it that rich red appearance though this is not a necessity.
For a non-alcoholic version, simply add the raspberry pulp to the bottom of a tall serving glass and top off with lemonade. Garnish with raspberry and lemon.
Our recipe DOES take a little elbow grease as you need to actually crush the raspberries (and have wonderfully fresh raspberries on hand!
