This is a delightfully light and sweet summer recipe that also looks beautiful if you’re seeking to impress with your cocktail making skills this summer.

Once you’ve done the ground work, the recipe can easily be adapted too for a mocktail making it an all-round crowd pleaser.

We have set this recipe as a single-serve but it's easy to multiple it out to serve a group

Ingredients

Scale
  • 60ml Triple Sec
  • 60ml Limoncello
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • Club Soda
  • Raw Sugar
  • Ice cubes
  • Raspberries and a slice of lemon for garnish

Instructions

  1. Add raspberries to a mixing glass with the raw sugar
  2. Use a muddler to gentle smash the raspberries until you have a thick pulp
  3. Add your pulp to tall serving glass

Notes

You can vary the visual effect of this drink by when you add the raspberries. We have also added a dash of grenadine to give it that rich red appearance though this is not a necessity.

For a non-alcoholic version, simply add the raspberry pulp to the bottom of a tall serving glass and top off with lemonade. Garnish with raspberry and lemon.
