Thermomix Strawberry Daiquiri

by Mama Loves A Drink

I have very fond memories of my first Thermomix demonstration, learning how to make a virgin mojito. I must say even though I was in the market for healthy soups and baby purees at the time – my wonderful sales lady Anya had me hooked! The possibilities of endless summer slushy drinks, and of course, everything the Thermomix makes is health, right?!

I will say the “slushy” drinks we have made with the Thermie have come out for less icy for me than I first expected. Depending on how icy or “slushy” you want your cocktails and mocktails you will need to play around with the speed.

This strawberry daiquiri is instantly drinkable and quick and easy to prepare for a group, the perfect opening beverage for a summer barbecue.

Notes

If you prefer your daiquiri a little more icy lower the speed. You can serve through a sieve if you want to capture any small seeds but they are largely unnoticeable once they've been through the thermie.
