How to make a daiquiri

Daiquiri’s fall into two distinct categories – the “classic” three-ingredient Lime Daiquiri (with different rum variations), or the much sweeter frozen daiquiri camp. Here are some of the tools you may need for making those beauitful summery daiquiri cocktails:

  • A good blender (or Thermomix – more below!)
  • A juice squeezer
  • Jigger
  • Cocktail muddler
  • Elegant glassware – take your pick between classic stemmed glasses such as a martini glass or champagne coupe or an old fashioned glass for your exceptionally icy daiquiris!
