- 300gr watermelon pulp
- 2 teaspoons of cane sugar
- The juice of one lime
- Tonic water
- Ice
- Fresh mint
Instructions
- Put the watermelon pulp into a blender, then strain to obtain a juice
- Add ice cubes to a glass, then add the lime juice, sugar, and a little mint
- Pour in the watermelon juice, add tonic water and mix well
- Serve immediately
