Ingredients
- 300g fresh strawberries
- 2 limes, juiced
- 4 tablespoons caster sugar
- 250g white rum
- 400g ice cubes
- Halved strawberries and sliced lime to garnish
Instructions
- Hull and half the strawberries, add to the Thermomix
- Extract juice of the limes into the Thermomix
- Spoon in the caster sugar and weigh in the rum
- Weigh in the ice cubes
- Speed 7 for 25 seconds
- Pour into chilled serving glasses
- Garnish with strawberries and limes
Notes
If you prefer your daiquiri a little more icy lower the speed. You can serve through a sieve if you want to capture any small seeds but they are largely unnoticeable once they’ve been through the thermie.
